Please note, we do not provide warranty services for Aspire, Smok, and Vaporesso products. Please refer to the links below to file for your warranty claim. Links below will be directly handling all warranty claims for each brand.




Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products regardless of whether they have been used or not. Please choose carefully. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us by email before placing an order.


Warranty Policy

Please read our FAQ page before assuming an item is defective, you may find your answer there. Our products may require maintenance or minor adjustments. This does not mean that the product is defective.

Please contact our customer service team by email at info@myvaporstore.com with a description of the problem along with your order number (by the allotted time listed below). Your order number can be found on the upper right corner of your receipt. If the issue cannot be resolved by email, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back for replacement along with a return authorization (RMA) number. Replacements are ONLY shipped after the defective item are shipped back to us.

  • Wrong Items: Must be reported within 48 hours from the time of delivery
  • DOA Items: Must be reported within 48 hours from the time of delivery

When returning a defective product p
lease include the RMA form either hand written or printed, the original packaging of the product and all the included accessories such as spare coils/o-rings/manuals and charging cables.

Returning a defective product with incomplete accessories, packaging and without the included RMA form may void or delay the RMA process

Your package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your return authorization (RMA) number. We will only replace defective items with working items of the same model.


30-Day Warranty

Vape Kits, Mods, Pod Systems & chargers purchased directly from MyVaporStore comes with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the time of delivery and
not from the day it was put to use. You may also contact manufacturers directly for After-Sales Service for extended warranty period.

Types of products not covered under our 30-Day Warranty:
  • Consumable Items
  • Replacement Atomizer Heads & Cartridges
  • Disposable Vape Devices
  • Tanks, RDA's & RDTA's
  • Spare Parts - Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings
  • Rechargeable Batteries
  • Hand Pipes
  • Herbal Accessories (Screens, Tools, Grinders, Jars, etc..)

In order to be eligible for service under warranty, you must initiate a returns process by contacting us at info@myvaporstore.com within 30 days of original delivery. We do require the defective item to be shipped back to us to be inspected before a replacement is shipped out to you or in-store credit is applied to the account.

The 30-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Consequential and incidental damages are also not covered under any warranty.


Note: When starting the return process you must include the RMA form either hand written or printed, the original packaging of the product and all the included accessories such as spare coils/o-rings/manuals and charging cables. Returning a defective product with incomplete accessories, packaging and without the included RMA form may void or delay the RMA process.

14-Day Warranty, DOA and Wrong Item Claims

Please test all products for defects upon receiving your order; especially when ordering in bulk. Please notify us immediately if an item is DOA/defective.


All Products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 14-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. The 14-Day warranty begins on the day the product is delivered and not on the day it was put to use.

All incorrect and dead on arrival "DOA" items must be reported to us via email (info@myvaporstore.com) within 48 hours from the time of delivery.


Items not covered under our 14-day warranty:
  • Replacement Cartridges/Pods
  • Replacement Atomizer Heads
  • Disposable Vape Devices
  • Cartomizers
  • E-Liquid
  • Consumables
  • Accessories
  • Clearance Items.
  • Smok
  • Aspire
  • Vaporesso

**Scratches and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.**

Shipping Costs

Customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to us, and we assume the cost in shipping replacements to the customer. Shipping cost incurred are non refundable. All replacement/repaired products are shipped with standard shipping. We recommend using delivery confirmation/tracking when shipping packages to us.




Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to info@myvaporstore.com. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.


Compatibility
We do not guarantee that our parts and products are compatible with those of other manufacturers or suppliers.
